  Kaizen Kaizen is the Japanese word Kai - means change Zen - means better Kaizen - means change for better           Kaizen is the process of continuous improvement. Small changes for improvement makes the process more efficient and effective. It involves all employees from the top to bottom. Kaizen focuses on simplification of the complex process by breaking them down into their sub process and then improving them.
